CORN AND GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE
6-8 servings

1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 can French style green beans
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tube of Ritz crackers, coarsely crushed
1 stick butter or margarine, melted

In a hot frypan, melt 1 tablespoon butter. Cook onion
and bell pepper til crisp done. Mix all the other ingredients
into the pan, except the crackers and melted stick of butter.
Pour into a glass casserole dish. Cover with crackers. Pour
melted butter over the crackers. Bake at 350-degrees F. til
the crackers are browned. 1
