Combine the following ingredients and chill overnight:
2 (4 1/2 ounce) cans chopped ripe olives
2 (4 ounce) cans chopped green chilies
2 tomatoes, peeled and chopped
3 chopped green onions
2 mashed garlic cloves
3 teaspoons olive oil
2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon pepper
a dash of seasoning salt
Serve with corn chips, tortilla chips, etc.(serves 8-10)
