1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 cup minced onion
1 larg clove garlic, minced
1 rib celery, chopped
1 package frozen broccoli, defrosted
1/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
4 cups milk
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
In a large saucepan, saute the vegetables
in the melted butter. Remove from heat.
Stir in the flour and salt. Slowly stir in the milk.
Return to heat. Cook and stir until thickened.
Add cheese and stir til melted.
