CHUNKY CHILI

2 pounds ground meat
2 pounds beef ribeye, tenderloin
... or other good meat – cut into 1/2-inch cubes
3 cups onions – chopped
2 cups bell peppers – chopped
1/4 cup garlic – chopped
4 ounces chili powder
1 cup tomatoes – chopped
1/2 cup tomato paste
2 tablespoons beef base
1 tablespoon Jalapeno peppers,
.... chopped + 1/4 cup of the juice
1 teaspoon comino powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup flour dissolved in 4 cups water
Salt to taste

Brown meat; add onion, bell pepper and garlic
and cook until soft. Add rest of ingredients and
simmer 1 1/2 hours, stirring often to keep from
sticking.  Best next day.
