CORN CHOWDER

My own creation, so the
measurements are approximate.
1/3 cup chopped bacon or salt pork
Large onion, chopped
1/4 red pepper, chopped
1/4 green pepper, chopped
1 can creamed corn
1 cup evaporated milk
Milk, as needed

Fry the meat, remove from pan and drain most of the fat off,
leaving enough to sauté the vegetables til crisp tender.
Add the corn and stir. Add evaporated milk and stir.
Add 2% milk to desired consistency. Return meat to chowder. 1
