LO-FAT SAVORY APRICOT CHICKEN
Can be made as Orange Chicken...

*4 servings, 4 gr fat ea., 491 cal. ea.*
4 chicken breast halves
1/2 package golden onion soup mix, dry
1/2 package savory herb and garlic dressing mix
12-ounce jar apricot preserves
1/2 cup chicken broth

Place breasts in a sprayed dish. Combine remaining
ingredients. Pour over chicken and bake uncovered for
45 ot 50 minutes.

For Orange chicken, use onion soup mix, orange marmalade,
1/2 teaspoon butter sprinkles, and 1/3 cup broth. 1
