ULTRA-LOFAT BLACKENED CHICKEN PASTA SALAD

2 chicken breast halves, cut in bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup fat-free Italian salad dressing
1 clove garlic, minced
Blackened or Cajun spice
4 cups cooked pasta
1 14-ounce can water packed artichoke, drained
Combine dressing and garlic. Marinate chicken 1 hour. Discard
marinade. Season chicken heavily with spice and brown in a
sprayed skillet over low heat until done. Cool.
Combine pasta, chicken, artichoke, and favorite dressing.
