8 ounce box manicotti shells
16 ounce carton ricotta cheese
Dash nutmeg
10 ounce package frozen spinach, cooked, squeezed dry, chopped
Lo-Fat bottled spaghetti sauce

Preheat oven to 350-degrees F. Spray a baking dish.
Cook and drain pasta according to directions. Set aside.
Mix ricotta, nutmeg, and spinach. Stuff shells and arrange
in dish. Pour sauce over shells and bake, uncovered,
