MAUI TURKEY KABOBS

8, 6" skewers/169 calories, 1 gr fat per skewer

MARINADE
Mix in a small bowl:
1/3 cup each red wine vinegar and plum sauce
2 teaspoons lo-salt soy sauce
1 teaspoon each grated fresh ginger and minced garlic

KABOBS
1 pound turkey steaks or cutlets
1 small yellow squash
1 medium onion
2 carrots
2 small potatoes
(Cut veggies into bite-sized chunks)
1/2 to 3/4 cup drained pineapple chunks
cleaned small mushrooms

1. Marinate turkey in 1/2 of the marinade for 1 hour.
2. Marinate veggies in the other half of the marinade.
3. Discard turkey marinade, save veggie marinade.
4. Skewer turkey chunks and veggie chunks, alternately.
5. Grill or Broil, brushing with the veggie marinade. 1
