Chapter 2

~Feb. 24, 2000~

    “Oh man we were so close you could see the sweat dripping off of there body’s!” Kel jumped up and down as the other girls rolled there eyes. “Kel you perv!! We all know your really only talking about AJ and not the rest of the guys.” Beck said to her friend. But truth be known all the girls had there eyes on one of the guys all night long and being in the front row didn’t help much either. Now was the fun part they all were getting to go back stage to meet them. The 5 girls took there time thinking of what could happen when they saw the guys. They made there way into one of the rooms in the back where some other lucky fans were. Amber and Esha took a seat on the couch that was in there. “So Ambs when you see Nick are you going to run and jump into his arms like you dream about every night?” Sammie over heard what E had said and look to see how Amber would try and talk her way out of this one. “ That will so not happen. I mean come on its Icky and I would never date a guy younger then me...and ......just.......ummm.....EEEWWWW hes icky!!!” The girls laughed at the pained expression on her face as she said that. “Come on Amber we all know you really want him.” Amber gave Beck a look while she shook her head. “ I would much rather have a KFC ice cream sandwich!” Sammie gave a thumbs up to let her know that she agreed with her. “AMBER!!!” Esha gave Amber a shot to the back of the head. “Thats just sick their family!” Esha shuttered with the thought. “Well I didn’t say that the two of them were going to get it on now did I?”

   The girls continued to talk about the guys as they walked into the room. All 5 looked up as they walked in the room. Esha smiled with thoughts of how to embarrass Sammie and Amber. The guys slowly made there way around the room Nick was the first to make his way over to the girls with Brian and AJ not that fare behind him. Beck was the first one who went up to him and had him sign her CD. As he got to Kel who was next he saw that she really wasn’t paying that much attention to him. As a matter of fact he didn’t even think she knew he was there. He looked in the direction she was looking and saw AJ standing there talking to Brian. “You know AJ likes it when girls make the first move and talks to him.” Kel’s head whipped around as Nick talked in a low voice to her. She gave him a little smile as a nice pink color came to her face. “Umm I really didn’t mead to be rude to you...its just....oh never mind. Could you sign this for me?” He smiled at her as he signed the tour book cover. Sammie was next. Being the shy girl that she is after Nick was done she gave a small thanks and waited for Brian to get to her. Amber and Esha were still talking about the whole KFC thing and didn’t seem to know Nick was there. Well that is Amber didn’t know but Esha did.

      “Come on Ambs we all know you really want Nick.” She smiled as she saw she got Nicks attention. “ E!...” She started to whine. “See you sound just like him whining.” “ E, I wouldn’t date Icky...hes younger then me and thats just wrong!”  Thats all E wanted to hear from her friend. “So I’m Icky am I?” Brian stopped his talking with Sammie and looked at Nick the tone in his voice and the look on his face was to much for him. He was the first to bust out laughing. All 5 girls had been smiling but as soon as Brian stared to laugh it set off a chain reaction and they all started to laugh. Nick was trying his hardest not to laugh and look mad but he gave up in the end. Brian at this point was laughing so hard that he fell back onto the floor and was grabbing his chest like he was going to die. After every one got back to there semi normal self’s, and Nick had helped Brian off the floor he turned to Amber. “Well?”
