Chocolate Peanut Butter Pecan Fudge!
INGREDIENTS
3 Cups Sugar
1 cup Pet Milk
1/4 Cup Water
1/2 cup Cocoa
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
4 Tablespoons Butter
2 Heaping Tablespoons Peanut Butter
1 cup chopped Pecans
Mix Sugar, Cocoa, Milk, and Water in a 2 quart pot.
Cook over a medium fire until candy makes a soft ball
when tested in cool water
Take off fire and add butter and vanilla.
Then add Peanut Butter and Pecans and beat until it loses its shine.
Poor into a buttered platter or pan and cool.
Cut into squares. Make approximately 20-24 candies
