10-12lb Brisket (Trimmed) | 1 Bottle Italian Dressing |
Black Pepper | Salt |
Cayenne(Red Pepper) | Paprika |
Garlic Powder | Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil |
Wrap meat in Aluminum Foil and Poor Dressing over it.
Close Foil Tightly and Refrigerate for 24 hours.
Place on Pit, still wrapped in Foil, and cook for
approximately 4-5 hours. Open foil about 30 minutes
before removing from pit! ENJOY!!
