"Marinated Smoked Brisket!"


INGREDIENTS
10-12lb Brisket (Trimmed) 1 Bottle Italian Dressing
Black Pepper Salt
Cayenne(Red Pepper) Paprika
Garlic Powder Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil

Season Brisket to taste with Seasonings.

Wrap meat in Aluminum Foil and Poor Dressing over it.

Close Foil Tightly and Refrigerate for 24 hours.

Place on Pit, still wrapped in Foil, and cook for

approximately 4-5 hours. Open foil about 30 minutes

before removing from pit! ENJOY!!
