In a bowl, beat eggs, add milk, sugar, salt, cinnamon
and vanilla. Mix well. Put 1 tablespoon oil in a non-stick pan,
heat till hot. Dip bread in egg mixture and coat well on both
sides.
Cook in oil over medium heat until golden brown on both
sides. Approximately 3 minutes each. Serve Hot!
HINTS!
#1. May be served with syrup or sprinkled with powered sugar. When
served this way, reduce sugar in recipe to 1/2 cup.
#2. For lower fat recipe use skim milk instead of whole milk, and
use cooking spray instead of oil.
