Hey, do you really think he was too "conscientious" to have
served with us in Viet Nam? Does he strike you as someone of particularly
"high moral fiber"? I say he's a self-important strutting cock, with neither
conscience nor morality; just a crass opportunist, and happy denizen of the
murky political world of guile and deceit. He only values power, and only
believes in his own importance, and to someone so bankrupt of conscience,
compromise comes very easy.
