Bounded: below the Ponds nigh the head of Neards Creek---to the
Boggy Branch nigh a small Indian field---to the Southern Run--- to
the beginning of the said land, 750 acres was formerly granted to Jno.
NESCROPE by patent 30 Aug 1650 and by him sold to John GRAVES and
Thomas MORGAN, 29 July 1653. And the said MORGAN sold the said
Edward RICHARDS, 10 Jan 1654. The residue is 775 acres, and is
due by the transporting of 16 persons, 26 Sep 1674.
