My Fazer

Two Fazers I built

These are the two Fazers that I built. I built the red one for a friend and the white and blue one is mine. I maidened mine around the beginning of May 1998. The other one was maidened on May 31. The Fazer is a good flying aircraft but not what I thought it would be. Mine won't even knife edge. I used a 40 FP and I found that that isn't enough power. I would suggest a 46FX or Super Tigre 45.

The end of my fazer

I had the fazer for a long time. I took my own advice and installed a Super Tigre 45 on my fazer. With that engine this plane rocks, I LOVED it. On one flight I was hovering it at about 10 feet and ran out of fuel. It came down fast and cartwheeled. This cracked the fuse just behind the wing. After that I set the plane aside for alomost a year. I finally fixed it and only got 1 days flying out of it. It was the club contest day and I had just made a perfect bomb drop. I advanced the throttle and pulled up, just enough to collide with an Extra 300. This is the photo of the result.
