British Airways Hawker Siddeley HS-121 Trident 3B G-AWZK taking off from Geneva on 22 May 1981.
The Hawker Siddeley Trident was notorious for its reluctance to leave the ground, earning the nickname "gripper". An additional boost engine was added to the 3B model (it can be seen just above the exhaust of No.2 engine) to improve take-off performance.
