Prioritization Matrices

"Why use it??">The prioritization matrix enables the selection of priority items by applying a set of criteria to each item. Sometimes the list of criteria is fairly simple. Other times it is weighted with a great deal of precision (eg. the Analytical Hierarchy Process-AHP).
