Archway Dedicated to the Arts

We walked around the city center and toured this avenue spanning glass bridge.  The bridge connected one building to another which contained an indoor shopping mall.  The arched glass bridge was dedicated to exhibition of the arts.  They were having a dance recital of children of all ages.... moms too.  With plants around the walls and the folks sitting on the stairs, it was pretty and as much fun inside as it was outside.

This interesting building has a theatre downstairs and dance halls upstairs.
