As a small concession to those people out there who don't approve of 'frames',
(you know who you are)
I have now divided the site into the 'Frames' and 'No Frames'.

Though you might avoid the dreaded frames, you won't escape Javascript,
which means you will need a recent version of your favorite browser to enjoy the full experience.
I am partial to Netscape as they have not yet shown the arrogance which MicroSoft so often displays.
So you won't find any ActiveX here or any love for MicroSoft.
'Nuff said about that.
