The tentative date for the club AirShow is July the 19th. Please plan to attend and lend a hand even if you not flying we still need your help.
Tuesdays will continue to be Glider days as the number of sailplane finatics continues to grow.
The clubs By-Laws will be not be changed this year.
The club has voted to allocate $950.00 for the construction of the new Shelter area, what ever it may look like. Neal Zook and Tim Sparks are currently working together to come up with a number of different designs. The best design thus far has been the idea of building a 12 x 40 ft. slant roof structure, but nothing is cast in stone yet. We should be ready to vote on the structure design but the next meeting.
On a related subject it has been decided that April 19th as a work day at the Club Field. Among other things we will be tearing down the present structure to make room for the new. We need your help. Please plan to attend and lend a hand.
The club has been informed by our landlord, John Naylor, that we need to move the runway 50ft to the East. The property to the west of the runway will be put up for sale in the near future.
