At last months meeting the members that were present voted to have the club officer's dues paid. In addition the clubs "Website Monkey" dues will also be paid this year.
On a (vaguely - ed) similar note Bob Watson is in the process of throwing in the towel and taking a much deserved retirement. In so doing this makes Bob eligible for receiving a life time membership. For the benefit of those who don't know Bob, he received the "Most Valuable Member" award last year and is heavily involved in the "Hoosier Hills Airshow Team," and Bob has been flying models longer than most of us are old.
Flying season is just around the corner and its time to start thinking about cycling those battery packs and repaired last years flight damage. Due to the mild winter this year many of us have never stopped and just keep putting the hours on and on. Take some time and make the much needed repairs before fate tempts you to make that one last flight of the day.
I have been informed by "Dr. Glide" that it's time to pay the piper once again. It's Dues Time. I do believe the dues still are $50.00 again this year. So please be prepared to do your part at the next club meeting, Ole Brent needs the money.
If you are not a regular meeting attendee please use this coupon and mail it along with your bag of money before July of this year.
