Many thanks to Dave Poland and Mark Ruddenborg for cutting and rolling the field as of late. They have done a fine job of taking care of the field.
If anyone is interested in watching some model related video's. Brent Hoover has a large collection of club video's that are available for viewing.
On a similar note Bob Watson is in the process of throwing in the towel and taking a much deserved retirement. In so doing this makes Bob eligible for receiving a life time membership. For the benefit of those who don't know Bob, he received the "Most Valuable Member" award last year and is heavily involved in the "Hoosier Hills Airshow Team," and Bob has been flying models longer than most of us are old.
Flying season is here! This year we have a new house that was built at the NW corner of the field. Please be careful when flying your planes and stay out of this air space. The last thing we need is to have a model get out of hand and crash into this man's home.
I have been informed by "Dr. Glide" that it's time to pay the piper once again. It's Dues Time. I do believe the dues still are $50.00 again this year. So please be prepared to do your part at the next club meeting, Ole Brent needs the money.
If you are not a regular meeting attendee please use this coupon and mail it along with your bag of money before July of this year.
