For Thought:
You don’t need to write anything for this one, just be thinking about it. Soon you will have the opportunity to submit a design, which may be used for our STS-5 mission patch. Each mission patch is more than a “neat picture.” It is filled with symbolism. In other words, many of the different things visible on the patch represent qualities that the Space Team stands for—things like bravery, discovery, dedication, teamwork, hard work, and pride. In the next few weeks be thinking about what this team means to you and those who have gone before you. It is probably difficult to know exactly what it means to you right now, but you will, I promise! Thanks for your hard work!
