Hi I'm Bob Shelton and I have lived in Atherton - Menlo Park since 1962; I currently reside here. I start my day with some prayer, meditation and read a thought for the day and then I am off to work. My education, career and interests are outlined in this resume. Through the years, I have been an active member of the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks, Rotary International and the Commonwealth Club. I have been a regular voluntary blood donor since 1966, accumulating over 46 gallons (368 donations) of blood donating at Blood Centers of the Pacific, Burlingame CA and the Stanford Medical School Blood Center, Stanford CA. In 1999, I started using a new donation method, Apheresis and have been donating every week.

My Sunday mornings are spent at 10:00am Mass in St Raymond Church, Menlo Park. After Mass, I meet with a friend(s) for brunch and a a play, a musical, a trip to a museum, a movie or video. On other Sundays, I take my laptop computer to the Menlo Park Library and use their 802.11b wireless (wide band) to connect to the Internet and search for information needed for a design project or writing project that I may be working on.
