Additional efforts of the Independent Union of Research and Higher Education Employees of Croatia, many articles published in different newspapers, as well as the letter of the Committee for Complaints of Croatian Parliament and the letter from the Office of President of the Republic of Croatia, were all without any effect. Is it possible in a democratic and law-abiding State?
