The Tenets/Guiding Beliefs of Our Organization
This web site has not been authorized by any government or group. The purpose of this page is to express what I believe to be the truth and facts behind the controversy over Elian Gonzalez Brotons.

Following are the basic beliefs of our organization:
1. Elian should be with his only surviving parent and his closest family (his father in Cuba).
2. Elian will not be persecuted or harmed in Cuba. He will lead a normal life there.
3. Elian must go home as soon as possible, as he is further harmed by every day he is in America.
4. Elian cannot speak for himself, as he has been won over by gifts. Elian's father speaks for him.
5. Although Cuba did not sign the Hague convention, we are violating it's spirit by keeping Elian here.
6. Under U.S. law Elian should have been sent to Cuba, as he did not reach America on his own and was only allowed in for medical reasons.
7. The state court ruling is null, as the federal government is supreme to states.
8. The subpoena from Congress is null, as Elian is not a U.S. citizen and did not commit a crime against America. He is not obligated to remain and testify.
9. A deadline (before congress reconvenes if possible) must be set for Elian's return.
