Zionism does not only hold Jews superior to other races; it also contradicts its own philosophy by institutionalizing segregation among Jews themselves. For instance, the Ashkenazim Jews come at the top of "God's chosen people," while oriental Jews, including Falashas and Arab Jews, come at the bottom of the superiority ladder. They justify this contradiction by saying that Jews in general are superior to all other people, but among themselves the Jews are divided into upper class and lower class Jews.
The Israeli racialism in the Middle East derives its ideological roots from world Zionism. The racist Israeli state from its very beginning in 1948 has been practising state terrorism openly as it not only conquered others' land and established its state on it, but drove out the original inhabitants from their land sent them into destitution and squalid living in refugee camps, with no pricks of conscience. It even drew in may(sic) Western nations, swayed by Zionist lobbies to join in the collective terror against the Palestinian people.
This collective international terror against the Palestinians is still going on in several forms. Palestinians are shut up in their self-rule areas of Gaza and the West Bank, deprived of any chance for work to earn a living, in spite of the peace agreements signed between the Israeli government and the PLO, which led to the establishment of a semblance of Palestinian autonomy.
Punishing a whole population is a new form of state terrorism carried out by Israel and it is no less vicious than the terror it practised when it expelled the Palestinians from their land in 1948. This modern-day terror is not mitigated or justified by the counter-violence carried out by militants of Hamas because their operations are in reaction to the Israeli terror against the Lebanese and Palestinians who sympathise with their Lebanese brethren, and oppose the humiliating peace agreements with Israel. Thus, the Palestinian counter-action is a legitimate nationalist struggle because they want to secure their rights to their land and oppose aggression against their brethren in neighbouring Arab lands.
The state terrorism being practised by Israel is not only limited to its Arab enemies in Lebanon or to its traditional foes, the Palestinians; it also includes the Jews themselves. This racial discrimination is evidently manifested in Israel's social hierarchy which differentiated between the Jews themselves on the basis of colour and race.
The Israeli writer, Tom Saijeev has proved the reality of the racial segregation among the Jews themselves in his book titled1949. In this book, Saijeev documented the racism and terrorism which Israel has been exercising against the Yemeni Jews since the early days of its emergence in 1949 by treating them as low caste people and making their lives miserable. By doing so, the Zionist state meant to force the Yemeni Jews to leave the country they sought refuge in.
What supports Saijeev's claims were the recent measures taken by the Yemeni government under which it ordered the formation of a Yemeni council in Sana'a. The council has mainly been assigned the task to defend the rights of the Yemeni Jews in Israel. This, of course, reaffirms the terrorism and racism of the Jewish state throughout history.
As a matter of fact, Saijeev did not only depict the sufferings of the Yemeni Jews; he also gave a complete picture for the manifestations of terrorism and bigotry which the Arab Jews are being exposed to in Israel. Ironically, this happens at the time when Israel is shedding crocodile tears over the condition and destiny of the Jews in the Arab countries.
What refutes Israel's false allegation is the fact that the
Jews who settled in the Arab countries lead honourable lives and
enjoy equal rights. One of the many examples is that many
Moroccan Jews are members of parliament and some others are
ministers. This furnishes tangible proof that the Arabs are not
anti-Semitic. However, the formation of a council by the Yemeni
government to protect the Yemeni Jews from Israel's suppression
provides conclusive evidence that the Israelis are racists and
terrorists.
