How do you apply?

  When you become unemployed, your employer must give you a form called the Record of
Employment (ROE).  This form shows how many weeks you worked and how much you earned.  
From this, we decide if you will get benefit, how much you'll get and for how long.
  When an employer knows an employee is leaving, the company must give the person a Record
of Employment within five days of the last day of work.  But if you don't have your Record
of Employment, apply for UI anyway. Don't wait.  If you're having problems getting
your ROE from your employer, UI can help.  If you don't have this form when you apply just 
say why on the application.

No Record of Employment for the "International Diplomatic Work...on a direct basis" was included by me in the appeal docket evidence because none was provided by the governments involved despite my numerous requests for same. How numerous? Just to begin with, try...
