when buying a product, one should be able to check with greenpeace or Friends of the Earth about the methods and consequences of the production and utilisation of that particular product. We need a portable bar-code terminal for the supermarket... like a palm-top computer ... where we can choose a channel of the authority we trust, to give a just evaluation of the "responsibility factor"of the product.

Responsible banking:

when making your money-dealings, one should be using a bank, which is for the good of the global community... and, for example, does not finance war or social injustice and destruction of the environment.
