C.F.C. 98-017 Economic Sanctions and Dual Citizenship Revision Act of 1998

Section 1. Citizens of Cyberia shall be allowed to hold dual citizenship in other virtual nations.

Section 2. Exceptions include nations engaged in hostilities with Cyberia and those who have economic sanctions (defined in Section 4) imposed on them.

Section 3. If a citizen violates this statute, they must renounce either their Cyberian or non-Cyberian citizenship and announce allegiance to the other nation. Failure to comply can result in expulsion from Cyberia by the President after a hearing from the Supreme Court.

Section 4. An economic sanction is defined as an imposition of a ban on imports from and exports to a nation. The President can impose such a sanction on a nation for no longer than one month without approval by a majority of the Chamber of Deputies.


C.F.C. 98-018 Grand Alliance Recognition & Membership Act of 1998

Be it resolved by the Chamber of Deputies that the Chamber approves and ratifies the President's entering of Cyberia as a member of the Grand Alliance, and that Cyberia officially recognize the Grand Alliance and its member states, and that Cyberia immediately establish friendly relations and embassies with the Grand Alliance and its member states.


C.F.C. 98-019 An Act Amending the Press Reform Act of 1998

Delete Section 4 in its entirety. The Press and Advertising Forum is operational and working and there will be times when posting a notice on the General Forum will be appropriate. Cyberia belongs to the people and should be adult enough to follow the general rules of the simulation. 1
