Section 1. No HTML links shall be used in the Subject line of a message on the Cyberian Forum which will link to any source other than the one provided for the normal reply. All messages which violate this rule shall be deleted without notice.

Section 2. No .wav files shall be included in any message posted on the Cyberian Forum. All messages which violate this rule shall be deleted without notice.

Section 3. No HTML link shall be placed anywhere on the forum which leads to a source hostile to Cyberia. The President will solely decide which links are to hostile sources and delete those messages.

Section 4. Enforcement of this statute shall be the responsibility of the President.

Section 1. Citizens of Cyberia shall be allowed to also hold citizenship in other virtual nations.

Section 2. Exceptions.

Section 2.1. Citizens of Cyberia shall not be allowed to also hold citizenship in other virtual nations which are categorized as being in the "forbidden" trade status.

Section 2.2. Citizens of Cyberia shall not be allowed to also hold citizenship in other virtual nations which are engaged in hostilities against the Virtual Commonwealth of Cyberia.

Section 3. Enforcement. Citizens of Cyberia who also hold citizenship in other virtual nations which is forbidden by this statute shall have a choice between renouncing citizenship in the other virtual nation and swearing or affirming allegiance to Cyberia or of renouncing Cyberian citizenship and leaving Cyberia immediately.

Section 3.1. Dual citizens in violation of this statute who fail to take one of the actions described in Section 3 shall be expelled by the President after a hearing before the Supreme Court.
