The smallest province in area, Menet, is recovering from anarchy caused by the collapse of the Menetian government (which was, in turn, caused by loopholes in the previous constitution). It is also reeling from the policies of the former Communist government lead by Michael Rosario. Menet is the home of Cyberia's largest wildlife refuge.
