It is with great sadness and joy at the same time, that I make this announcement. Due to the extreme lack of time I have available and a multitude of other reasons, I am unable to continue maintaining this project. I just don't have the time to work on it and give it the full attention that it truly deserves.

Operation Black Flag was created by me about eight months ago. Since then, it has grown and grown. Maintaining this site has become a bit more than I can handle, given the fact that I am now working a full time job, maintaining a home and family and babysitting several older vehicles that are requireing more attention than they deserve. Add to that, the fact that I still have the Firebase Higgy and Welcome Home websites to operate and maintain. With all of this in consideration, something has to "give." Therefore, I have offered to relinquish control of this project to another dedicated and patriotic person.

Dear Brothers and Sisters, In the very near future, Operation Black Flag will be under the administrative control of Judith "Jude" Morgan. Jude has shown me the willingness to accept the responsibility and the dedication to our missing brothers and sisters that is needed to operate a website such as this.

Jude has agreed to become this site's administrator and I will remain in an advisory capacity as the founder of this program. Jude has expressed several new ideas and already has plans on how to improve OBF's visibility and capacity. I like her ideas and feel that the fresh approach and additional input is exactly what OBF needs to reach even more people across this planet. Jude will take the helm and I will remain as a hidden partner of sorts. This arrangement suites me very well.

As soon as the transfer is complete, Jude and I will provide the necessary URL information to you via this website and this page. A link to the new location will remain on this site for a long time, affording everyone the opportunity to update their links to this project's home page location. Please be sure to update your bookmarks as soon as possible when the new URL is announced.

It is important to me, that the new host for this project is willing to keep the integrity that OBF is based on. Jude has demonstrated her integrity and her dedication to the MIA issue. She admits to being a "novice" at the internet, but aren't we all? With the support of the wonderful people who make up the membership of this program, I feel that Jude will be assisted from both ends of the spectrum and will have little difficulty in getting the job done. I am proud to welcome her aboard this program and look forward to her devoted care of Operation Black Flag.
