This page contains info on a number of organizations that have been involved in efforts to oppose ROTC and JROTC. All are worth checking out!
F.R.O.T.C.: Fuck ROTC is a new site with promise. Check it out.

This organization produces an ROTC Dismantling Kit which
contains all sorts of info on ROTC and how to agitate against existing
and proposed ROTC programs at both the high school and college levels. A
worthwhile investment, though some of the info has become outdated.

The relatively recent COMD is loaded with info and well-worth bookmarking. I also want to plug COMD's newsletter, Draft NOtices which regularly updates its readers about actions against JROTC and ROTC programs all over the U.S. The newsletter has also included a semi-regular column in recent years entitled "JROTC Says," which includes all sorts of gems right out of
JROTC training manuals. What the military "teaches" its students (and
potential recruits) in the name of education will both amuse and frighten
you -- guaranteed. It costs $16 per year ($8 if you're a student) to receive
this newsletter, which includes a lot of interesting info about what the peace movement is up to these days. Very highly recommended.
The
Central Committee for Conscientious Objectors (CCCO), is a worthwhile resource for individuals interested in counter-recruiting. They have plenty of interesting documents for those interested in resisting the U.S. government's efforts to militarize our youth.
