I PLEDGE ALLEGIANCE TO THE FLAG, OF THE UNITED STATES...AND TO THE DEMOCRACY FOR WHICH IT STANDS, ALL NATIONS WITHOUT GOD, DIVISIBLE, WITHOUT LIBERTY AND NO JUSTICE AT ALL.
WHAT! You mean you don't like the new pledge? Well then, why don't you try a little 'truth-seeking' like myself and find out why the above pledge is more correct than the old one.
First thing, under Title 4 USC, there are absolutely no provisions for a forth color on the American flag. Maybe one should find out why on some flags, both federal and state, there happens to be gold fringe surrounding it. I see people many times pledging to such a flag especially in a school auditorium (school plays and other activities). They think nothing of it. Well should you? You damn right you should.
Second, under Hooven and Allison V. Evatt, the Supreme Court decided there are three united states. Wonder which one do you live in or should you care? Well you damn well ought to.
Third, it seems to me we are/were a Republic under the Constitution. A democracy is a majority rule. A Republic is a minority rule. In other words as long as one does not endanger the life of their neighbor one therefore does what he pleases. I sure as hell do not wish for someone else to decide what is best for me.
Forth, won't be long before all nations become one, goodbye constitution. Of course many People and government told God to take a hike many years ago.
Fifth, Divisible? Yes we are already dividing.
Sixth, as you go through this site you will see the corruption as stated, 'no liberty and no justice.' Its everywhere. Most of you have no knowledge of what is happening in the courts yesterday much less today. Well I have and I am appalled, and saddened. Now having made my point lets move on.
Permit me to introduce myself. I have spent many hours researching law. It is said that ignorance of the law is no excuse. Many people, have said that money is power, and although in some instances that may be true, I say that without a doubt, in my case, knowledge is power and believe me I have had many hours of fun with it. I will first say that if you are listening to Rather, Jennings, Brokaw, CNN, and reading newspapers, you are not receiving the truth. For instance, you have heard many many times the words ANTI-GOVERNMENT. We are brainwashed by the media with this word time after time. The American Heritage Dictionary defines anti as: a person who is opposed to something, such as a group, policy, proposal, or practise. Now then in respect to the words "ANTI- GOVERNMENT," I can't think of anything more anti government then the Declaration of Independance, The Constitution of the United States of America, the Bill of Rights, and the Constitutions of the several states. The links below will take you to these aforementioned Documents. This is must read material. You must read them from beginning to end and then go back through it again. You do not need someone to interpert these Documents as they say what they say, nothing more, nothing less. There are so many laws being passed today that are unconstitutional. Therefore one must understand the following:

The U.S. Constitution is the supreme law of the land, and any statute, to be valid, must be in agreement. It is impossible for both the Constitution and a law violating it to be valid; one must prevail. This is succinctly stated as follows:
The general rule is that an unconstitutional statute, though having the form and name of law, is in reality no law, but is wholly void, and ineffective for any purpose; since unconstitutionality dates from the time of its enactment, and not merely from the date of the decision so branding it. An unconstitutional law, in legal contemplation, is as inoperative as if it had never been passed. Such a statute leaves the question that it purports to settle just as it would be had the statute not been enacted.
Since an unconstitutional law is void, the general principles follow that it imposes no duties, confers no rights, creates no office,bestows no power or authority on anyone, and justifies no acts performed under it...
A void act cannot be legally consistent with a valid one. An unconstitutional law cannot operate to supersede any existing valid law of the land, it is superceded thereby.
No one is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no courts are bound to enforce it.
