The majority of activities of the company are executed by the founder and owner of the company.  However, the company also provides the services of the group of highly qualified associated consultants.  In the last three years, the experts of the company had been involved in the implementation of the following projects that had been successfully finalised:

The company had been involved also in the implementation of the folowing projects:

From December 2004 Mr. Ivan Kuhn have been subcontracted by TNS Opinion & Social, a consortium created between Taylor Nelson Sofres and EOS Gallup Europe as a National Editor to draft National Report for Slovakia within the Eurobarometer public opition survey.  Mr. Kuhn is author of the Eurobarometer No 62, Eurobarometer No 63, Eurobarometer No 64 and Eurobarometer No 65 National Report for Slovak Republic.  The Eurobarometer survey is elaborated on request of the European Commission, Directorate-General Communication.

From January till July 2004 he had been working as a Project Manager and Short-Tern Expert within the Pilot Project for Promoting Higher Quality of Public Service Deliveries in Relation to Activities Co-financed by EU Grants with Particular Reference to Public Utilities (e.g. Water and Wastewater) implemented by non-profit, non-governmental organisation Transparency International Slovakia on the basis of the grant awarded by the European Commission's Directorate-General Regional Policy (2003/CE/16/PAT012).

From August 2000 till July 2002 Mr. Kuhn had been working as a consultant - Project Manager for company Renesans, a.s., whose mission was preparation of applications for funding of environmental projects from
ISPA (Instrument for Structural Policies for Pre-accession) and Phare programme. As a Project Manager Mr. Kuhn participated on the preparation of the applications for the EU grant for the following projects:

From June 15, 2000 till July 31, 2000 he had been working as a short term consultant for the British agency Ordnance Survey in the European Union funded Phare project Technical Assistance for Improving the Security and Guarantee of Rights of Ownership and Property, which was delivered at the Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre Authority of the Slovak Republic (GCCA). From January 1998 till March 1999 he had been working as a consultant - Programme Manager for the Phare project Technical Assistance to Public Administration Reform in the Slovak Republic. His responsibilities included management of tasks in the area of:

He had been responsible for preparation of missions of foreign consultants in Slovakia, study visits of Slovak experts abroad, arranging meetings of foreign experts with Slovak officials and experts, preparing all necessary background materials, interpreting and translating and writing activity reports. I have been also responsible for organising workshops, seminars, and conferences. Last but not least, he had been responsible for keeping up-to-date project's web pages and perform basic maintenance of IT equipment.

Professional experiences of Mr. Kuhn include journalism. For two and half years he had been working as a journalist at the Foreign News Desk of Dennik SME daily newspaper (one year as their correspondent in the United Kingdom). He was also the correspondent of the Radio Twist and co-operated with the Delegation of European Commission in the Slovak Republic and wrote an article on Phare Programme for their newsletter EUROMAGAZINE.
