This is your "Miranda" Warning

I wonder how many Americans, while filling out their annual 1040 "confession" have ever actually read the "Privacy Act Notice".. I'm sure everyone who is stopped by a police officer and is given a "Miranda" warning pays VERY close attention to it.. (or maybe not... we have an unbelievable number of "sheeple" in this country... :-<) Anyway, the "Privacy Act Notice" is the ONLY official notice in the pamphlet, the only statements that are based on actual legislative regulations and statutues. I'll attempt to explain this: Many years ago, Congress passed a law called the Privacy Act of 1974, which basically required government bureaucracies to issue a statement whenever they requested any person to provide information to that agency. This statement was required to indicate whether the person being requested to provide said information, was either required by law to provide that information or if providing the information was voluntary, and what penalties, if any were provided for if the requested information was not provided.

In the 1040 Notice, as shown below, (the black boxes around various paragraphs are my emphasis) the government tells us that their legal right to ask for information is in IRC Sections 6001, 6011 and 6012(a) and their regulations. The book that this site is based on will show you that these Code Sections have absolutely NOTHING to do with the "income tax". I've underlined the "any tax you are liable for" since this book will also show you that you, as an individual, have no liability for what the government and media call the "income tax". The next gem is a pretty powerful piece of information, since it tells you that any form provided by the IRS that does not have an OMB (Office of Management/Budget) control number, you can safely ignore. Since every letter the IRS sends out, either to "impose" a "frivolous" penalty on a zero-return, or to "change" your return, or to warn you that the IRS is going to illegally seize your property NEVER have an OMB number, thus they are illegal documents according to the IRS's own statement.

But now  we get to the real meat of the Privacy Act Notice, where the government tells you, in pretty clear terms, that "whatever you say can and will be used against you in a court of law".. This is a VERY large reason why the "income tax" MUST be voluntary. As millions of Americans do every year, they blindly sign their 1040's WITHOUT reading and understanding this statement and its implications, and the IRS gladly persecutes them.. Like shooting fish in a tank...

I firmly believe that even if you believe that 1) the "income tax" is mandatory, and 2) individual Americans are liable to pay this "tax", that everyone should, AT A MINIMUM, attach the following statement to their yearly 1040 "confessions"... Be sure to attach and number each page of your return (ie: Page 1 of 5, 2 of 5, 3 of 5 ... etc) .. This will prevent the criminals at the IRS/Justice Dept from removing the most important piece of your annual "confession". I firmly believe that as long as the Constitution is still in force, this will prevent the IRS/Justice Dept from making any use of your return to persecute you.

NOTICE

THIS RETURN IS NOT BEING FILED VOLUNTARILY. I AM FEARFUL THAT IF I DID NOT FILE IT, I COULD BE PROSECUTED FOR FAILING TO FILE OR PROSECUTED FOR TAX EVASION, PURSUANT TO CODE SECTION 7201 AND/OR CODE SECTION 7203 OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE
