Local Government is all about serving local people. Brent Conservatives have laways fought for the provision of better services at lower cost. During our last period in control of Brent Council between 1991 - 1996, the local tax payer in Brent saved an average of £1000 while at the same time they saw Brent transformed from a dirty, debt ridden Socialist Administration to a clean efficient local authority. Since last year the Labour Party, in colaboration with the Liberals have been running Brent again and you have seen your Council Tax rise by 22%.
