About 200 people marched through the streets of San Francisco on February 28 as part of a global protest against UN support for the coup government in Haiti. The march stopped first at the San Francisco Chronicle, where speakers attacked media complicity. They then passed the Brazilian and French consulates on their way to the offices of U.S. Senator Diane Feinstein. Feinstein was aptly characterized by one speaker as a "Death Squad Democrat" for her unwavering support of U.S. aggression.
