The Pleasants County Commission, the County Boards, and the County Authorities will be participating in a Quality Assurance Process. The first step in the plan is a form that tracks our successes and failures with the Citizens. The term we will use is "Citizen Care"

This formal process will give our County the ability to track our issues and measure our ability to manage our "Citizen Care" process.  The County Commission will train our officials in "root cause" and "corrective action".

Please review our new CCIR form, and with a good team effort.....we will be using this in the near future.

All quality issues will be investigated and a corrective action plan discussed. The Investigation Report form will be used if the QA process is accepted.
