Where must the people go from here? Where do we go from here? I cry when I think of how much our land and our people have gone through, but then again, I smile at the thought that we haven't given up this fight. We still go about our lives, trying to feed the so many mouths in our families, living each day with sorrow in our hearts as to how further will this fight for freedom continue. MAY GOD BE WITH YOU MY PEOPLE. And to the current rulers of Our Land, don't think that you will be standing for much longer. The supporters of Vietnam will keep growing, and when it has grown enough, we will come to you and take from you, what you have taken of ours to return to its ri htful people. I'm not against the people of Vietnam but I am definitely against the corrupt government of Vietnam. When are the ruling senile old men of Vietnam going to realize that they are in the dark ages still while the rest of the world propells itself and embra es the new millenium? Communism has been tried and failed miserably as a form of government--Need I remind you of the collapse of the Soviet Union (the birthplace of it all). Until communism is abolished and the people of Vietnam are given the freedom t ey so desperately needed, Vietnam will forever be trailing behind in the shadows of its neighbors (Thailand, Singapore, ...etc...) My challenge to the ruling party of Vietnam is this ---- Embrace the new world order and change. Don't fear it. Change is and will always be inevitable. You cannot stop change. Those who fight change will perish, if not today then tomorrow. The people of Vietnam are sick and tired of the oppressive and seriously flawed regime and they (the people) will soon rise up and crush you if you don't change -- and quickly at that. Remember this, history repeats itself. A happy citizen is a citizen with his belly full. Give the people what they need! I dare you (the ruling party of Vietnam) to take up this challenge. Comment to Dinh Hung Nguyen (DHN): I don't pay attention to what DHN and "chong cong" people said because they are pro-foreingner and willing to do anything for foreingners' sake. In my opinion, DHN is just opposite to what our famous ancestor, Tran Binh Trong, taught: "tha lam quy nuoc N m con hon lam vuong dat Bac". But one thing make me ashamed on DHN is that on his writting he says: "We should learn ... like the Israeli people. DHN seems not proud to be himself and proud being a Vietnamese. We should learn ... like the Vietnamese pe ple NOT like the Israeli people. The problem that DHN and chong-cong people are having is that they can not live by themselve and are so dependent on foreingners. They just oppose whatever belong to Vietnam, even products imported from Vietnam made by o dinary Vietnamese people, and praise whatever belong to forengners. That is ashamed. I strongly support the people of Thai Binh and other provinces of Vietnam. They have been living in oppression for such a long time, more than half a century. I myself lived under the Communist regime for 10 years and I just cannot stand any more. In VN, people are not allow to say what they think, write what they believe in, and speak their mind. Now that I learn the people at Thai Binh are even exploited by local officials. People who sacrified their family members and themselves for the country independency are now suffered socially and economically, if not betrayed. I feel sad for them. I wish I could do something to help them out. One thing I could do is to share the news to the community I live in so that they understand VN better and make good decisions when they have to deal with VN officials. I support the struggle of the people of Thai Binh to against the Vietnamese communist government. I certainly believe that all oversea Vietnamese as well as people in Vietnam want to have a government that respects freedom and human rights. At present, the Vietnamese communist government does not respect freedom and human rights of people in Vietnam, and it is trying to repress religions and any organization or individual that raises the voice of democracy. From these evidences, the Vietname e communist government shows itself to the world as a arbitrary group that does not serve Vietnamese people.
