MINUTES FOR JUNE'S 2003
The meeting was called to order at 6:00, followed by the pledge of allegiance and a silent prayer.
Teresa read the minutes for May's meeting. Hilda made a motion to accept as read, Harry second the motion and the motion passed.
George read the financial report for May. Hal made a motion to accept as read, Tom second the motion and the motion passed.
Roy Tipton has offically retired. Route 0823 posted for bid as of June 3, the bid will come down June 13.
Wayne Bennett was awarded route Fern Park 3001
Bruce Roberts was awarded route Casselberry 0750
Sharon read a thank you card from Tom Stevens for his retirment.
We have 3 non union memebers in our office. Alex, Dave, and Virgil.
Sharon read a memorandum from Matt Rose office to encourage the non members to join the union.

You have to request in writing to have a written letter of warning removed from your file when the time frame is up.
When the previous count and inspection data is reasonably current and the same carrier is serving the route, teritorial adjustments can only be made using the formula in Secion 141.19 of the Handbook M-39.
The new evaluated time will be established by the following method: {a}. determine the delivery units average volume and work hours for the previous 13 full accounting periods. {b}. select the accounting period that is most representative of the units average volume and work hours, {c}. use the forms and records listed in Secion 141.18 of Handbook M-39 and?or electronic records that provide equivalent information from the selected accounting period to determine the evaluation of the routes.

Next Rap Session- August 14-20 in South Carolina. Sharon will be attending.
Randy made a motion for the cook to receive $70.00 per meeting that he/she cooks. Brian second the motion. Members took a vote on the motion. Motion was denied.
Discussion on picnic. Sharon will be meeting with branch 1091, will discuss with them about their picnic.
50/50 drawing. $13.00 sharon won.
