  • In Tampa, current status of the city's RFP process: per John McGrath 6/24/98. The next meeting of the CAC is August 5, 1998 at 6:30 PM in the county commission chambers. No agenda has been published yet, but it will be a regular meeting.

    The RFP for a public access operator will be mailed this week. RFPs will be available at the City of Tampoa Purchasing Department on the 2nd floor of the City of Tampa Municipal Office Building (TMOB) 306 E Jackson Street. There is a pre-proposal conference for proposers scheduled for July 2, 1998 at 9:30 AM in the 3rd floor conference room of the TMOB. Proposals are due to the City of Tampa Purchasing Department August 3, 1998 to be opened at 11:30 AM. The CAC will be evaluating the proposals at a meeting on September 2, 1998. The meeting time a(nd) place for the September meeting will be set at the August 5th CAC meeting.
