I AM writing this letter in a state of bewilderment. It is beyond my comprehension why a young man should be charged with indecent behaviour, i.e. mooning young ladies while in a car, yet some gay gentlemen (term used very loosely) are allowed to expose their genitals to the general public while participating in an exhibitionist gay parade. I am sure this offends the majority of the gay population and I'm wondering why the police did not lay charges.
