Best as we can figure, the Belt Parkway drops you off closest.  From northern LI the Van Wyck will take you south to the Belt.

Take Belt Parkway to Exit 11 N (Flatbush).  Flatbush Ave straight (just past King’s Plaza>>stay right to get into service lane) to Utica Avenue.

Utica to Ave. L, make right.  Ave. L to E57th (a few blocks over), make right.

Middle of block.  Find parking. Find house. Enter.

Train:

#2 to Flatbush.  Take #41 Bus (Veteran’s Avenue line not Kings Plaza) to 56^th Street stop (about a ten minute ride).  Get out and walk up 2 blocks. Find house. Enter.  Or take a cab from the 2 train to 1267 E57th street.
