Our MissionSuccinctly, HAIPA is an informational vehicle for the Haitian-American community, at least, in the intellectual property arena. It is a non-profit organization, of which the primary concern is to inform the Haitian community about patent rights, copyright, trade secrets, trademarks, and trade-names.
