If god created us in his on image. Why did he create different races?

If the bibleis the word of god. Why has been changed, altered and even rewriten?

Why did god create the cell and DNA? It sounds like to me that if god created us there would be no reason for those things.

Gee it would have been wierd to live 2000 years ago. You got guys parting seas, virgins giving birth, angels flying in left and right, water turning to wine.It was a very wierd time. Why don't these things occur today?
