This is a plan for the final status of the Westbank endorsed by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. This plan leaves 60% of the Westbank in Israeli hands, with Israeli settlement enclaves throughout the Palestinian area. In addition, Netanyahu wants the Palestinian areas to be "autonomous" zones but not a state.
