An Advocate Against The Abuse Of The Public By The Legal System The Purpose of the PEOPLE'S LAWYER-JUDGE COMPLAINT COMMISSION (PLJCC) is to promote a high standard of professional and ethical conduct for lawyers and judges. In pursuit of that goal, the PLJCC educates the public about the legal system and processes, and monitors the operation of the courts. The PLJCC will collect, document and allow public access to complaints made against individual lawyers and judges and provide assistance for a just and fair resolution of those complaints. M. Neal Jacobs, Executive Director The People's Lawyer-Judge Complaint Commission 14300 Gallant Fox Lane, Suite 123 Bowie, Md. 20715 (301) 490-2664
